Hi, I bought your book last year at SCCC, and I was wondering what printing options you used from Ka-Blam.
I'm thinking you used a standard cover, standard size and black and white. That's just my guess. I'd like to know because I'm going to print my own book and I don't have time to order another test copy, so I'm using your book as an example. Thank you, Courtney
