Wanted to do something a bit different, so I decided to draw a cool mythological creature. Didn't take me too long, and I absolutely love the result.

Magneto

A revision of the famous X-Men #1 cover by Jim Lee. It remains one of my favorite comic covers of all time. I had a lot of fun doing this one. Nothing beats the master of magnetism showing off his full power.

Legend of Korra

A fantastic sequel to the Avatar series. I hope it returns to television very soon. I loved the characters, the environments, and the storyline. Kudos to the creators. It's not easy creating a follow-up to a masterpiece.

Fantasy Cover

This was done for Alphetar Games. They wanted me to do a cover that was reminiscent of the Final Fantasy series, so I selected an eccentric group of characters. I think I largely succeeded, and I am generally happy how the image came out.

Loved this show as a kid. I was very happy that this image came out so well.

Matsuricon 2011

This was my second year attending MatsuriCon in Columbus, and it was a blast from start to finish. Not only were the costumes great, but the people who attended were fun and engaging. I participated in one panel during the show; Collaborating with writers and artists, which was a lot of fun to do, and hopefully informative to the audience. My sales were also strong, especially on Saturday. I spent so much time doing commissions that my neck almost got stuck in place.

MatsuriCon is run and staffed by a great group of people. I'm really looking forward to next year's show. Maybe I'll see you there. ;)
